摘 要:为了解构树不同成熟度果实上的种子萌发能力,在30℃、12h光照+12h黑暗条件下,将青果、微红果、红果和过熟果的种子分别进行催芽处理后在恒温下萌发。结果表明:不同成熟度果实的种子萌发能力差异显著,红果的种子萌发能力最强,发芽率为62.5%,发芽势为25.83%,微红果的种子萌发率较低,仅为10.00%,发芽势为5.00%,青果种子不萌发;不同成熟度果实种子平均发芽时间相差不大。在相同成熟度下,老化处理对种子萌发影响极显著,老化种子萌发指标明显较差,发芽率为16.67%,发芽势为5.83%。In order to investigate the seeds germination ability in different maturity fruits of Broussonetia papyrifera,seeds from green,micro red,red and overripe fruits were germinated at 30℃,12 h light+12 h dark condition.The results indicated that the differences of different maturity seeds germination ability were remarkable.The germination ability of seeds in red fruit was the strongest and the germination rate was 62.5%and the germination potential was 25.83%.Micro red seed germination rate was low,only 10%and the germination potential was 5%.Green seeds could not germinate.The average germination time of fruit ripening was not significant at three maturity levels.Under the same maturity,aging treatment had a very significant effect on seed germination,and germination index of aged seeds was significantly poorer,germination rate was 16.67%and germination potential was 5.83%.
