摘 要:以煤与瓦斯突出过程中煤-瓦斯两相流为研究对象,利用自主研发的煤与瓦斯突出动力效应模拟试验装置进行了巷道中突出煤-瓦斯两相流试验研究,通过试验观察将煤颗粒的运动过程分为加速、平衡减速及沉降等运动阶段,并综合运用固体颗粒在气流中的悬浮运动机理和能量守恒定律,建立了一维情况下突出煤在巷道中的运移数学模型。通过模型计算分析得到,突出煤颗粒运移距离随初始气流速度的增大呈增大趋势,随颗粒粒径的分布规律由于其符合的流动状态不同而不同。Focusing on the coal-gas two-phase flow in the process of coal and gas outburst,the experimental study on outburst coal-gas two-phase flow in roadway is carried out by using self-developed dynamic effect of coal and gas outburst simulation test device.According to observations,the movement of coal particles in the test can be divided into acceleration stage,balance deceleration stage and settlement stage.The mathematical model of the movement of the outburst coal in the roadway is established by combining the suspension motion mechanism and the conservation of energy law of the solid particles in the airflow.Through the model calculation and analysis,the migration distance of the coal particles increases with the increase of the initial air velocity.Due to the different flow states,the law that the migration distance varies with the particle size is different.The mathematical model provides a quantitative analysis method for the engineering calculation of coal-gas two-phase flow of coal and gas outburst.
