摘 要:油井泵况诊断的主要依据是示功图,但部分泵况在示功图中表现为相近图形,导致错误判断和无效检泵。根据深井泵的工作原理、泵况与诊断特征的对应关系,采用多种方法综合分析,总结出四种常见易混淆泵况井诊断方法,可以有效进行油井泵况判断,减少误检泵损失。2017年开始应用,累计减少诊断失误15井次,减少躺井天数32天,减少罐车热洗4井次,较少躺井损失油量45 t,节约资金约51.2万元。The main basis for the diagnosis of oil well pump conditions is the dynamometer diagram,but some pump conditions appear as similar figures,leading to misjudgment and invalid pump check.According to the working principle of the deep well pump,the corresponding relationship between the pump condition and the diagnostic characteristics,comprehensive analysis is carried out by various methods,and four common confusing pump condition well diagnosis methods are summarized,which can effectively judge the oil well pump condition and reduce the misdetection pump loss.In2017,the application began to reduce the number of diagnostic errors by15times,which reduced the number of lying down days by32days,the number of tank washings by4times,and the loss of oil by45tons.In all it saved about512,000yuan.
