摘 要:传统地面建设模式存在工艺流程长、设计施工周期长、岗位多、用工多、占地大等问题,制约着油田的高效开发。大港油田通过技术创新,研发了适应复杂油气藏、涵盖油气集输等多个领域的多种一体化集成装置,并在生产中规模应用。研发的油气集输一体化集成装置,简化了集输工艺,可以替代传统中型站场。研发的高效多功能处理装置,进一步简化了原油处理和采出水处理工艺,提高了处理效率。一体化集成装置的规模应用,促进了地面建设和管理模式的转变,取得了显著的经济和社会效益。The traditional ground construction model has problems such as long process flow,long design and construction period,multiple positions,more labor,and large land occupation,which restricts the efficient development of oil fields.Through technological innovation,Dagang Oilfield has developed a variety of integrated devices that adapt to complex oil and gas reservoirs,covering oil and gas gathering and transportation,and are used in production scale.The integrated oil and gas gathering and integration device developed by the company simplifies the gathering and transportation process and can replace the traditional medium-sized station.The high-efficiency multi-functional processing device developed by the company further simplifies the crude oil processing and the produced water treatment process and improves the processing efficiency.The scale application of integrated devices has promoted the transformation of ground construction and management modes and achieved significant economic and social benefits.
