摘  要:为了解决冬季井下作业队使用的野外锅炉供水池容易冻堵的问题,2015年大庆油田某单位对野外锅炉供水池进行改造。在供水池上设计、安装电加热装置,同时配套智能温控系统。电加热装置对供水池内的水加热,水温由温度传感器测得后传输至智能温控系统,系统根据设定的水温实时控制电加热装置。供水池实施改造后,冬季井下作业队每施工1口井可节约费用142.7元,冻堵问题得到解决,有效地保障了现场生产。In order to solve the problems of easy freezing and plugging of the field boiler water supply bank used in winter down-hole operation teams,field boiler water supply tank was transformed in a Daqing Oilfield in2015.Design and install electric heating device on water supply bank,at the same time,supporting intelligent temperature control system.The electric heating device heat the water in the water supply bank.The water temperature is measured by the temperature sensor and then transmitted to the intelligent temperature control system,the system controls the electric heating device in real time according to the set water temperature.After the transformation of the water supply tank,in winter,the down-hole operation teams can save a142.7yuan per well,the problem of freezing and plugging have been solved,effective protection of production.
