摘 要:针对核工业中重铀酸铵(ADU)湿法制备核燃料产生的大量放射性高氟废水——ADU沉淀母液,考察了沉淀剂投加方案、 2种废水体系、沉淀温度等因素对除氟效果的影响,并就影响因素进行分析。结果表明:钙沉淀法是ADU沉淀母液中除氟可靠有效的一种方法,但受废水体系影响。使用最佳沉淀剂方案,在NH4F体系中,可将滤液中氟的质量浓度降至10 mg/L以下,而在NaF体系中氟的质量浓度只能达到28 mg/L,沉淀温度对除氟效果有一定影响,在40~60℃下进行除氟反应最为适宜。In view of the characteristics of large amount of radioactive high fluoride-containing wastewater-ADU mother liquor which produced from nuclear fuel preparation with wet process,the influencing factors such as:precipitator dosing program,two kinds of wastewater systems,precipitation temperature,etc on fluoride removal,were investigated with its influencing factors analyzed at the same time.The results showed that,calcium precipita-tion was an effective way to remove fluoride from ADU mother liquor,however,the removal efficiency were different in different water systems.Adopting the optimal precipitation scheme,the mass concentration of fluoride in filtrate was decreased to below 10 mg/L in NH4F system,which was only 28 mg/L in NaF system.Precipitation temperature had certain effect on fluoride removal,and 40-60℃was the most proper temperature for the reaction.
