摘  要:针对炼油厂废碱水COD_(Cr)含量高、碱度高、处理难度大的问题,采取了先将废碱水在常压下进行蒸发浓缩,使无机碱结晶和高沸点有机物浓缩,实现与水分离,减轻废水处理难度;然后采用光芬顿法氧化蒸发浓缩过程产生的冷凝水中的低沸点有机物。最佳工艺条件为:蒸发浓缩结晶过程的浓缩比为10,冷凝水中COD_(Cr)的质量浓度下降到1 923 mg/L;光芬顿反应灯光源为185 nm紫外光, n(H2O2)︰n(Fe^(2+))值为6, Fe^(2+)的质量浓度为1.68g/L,初始pH值为3.5,反应时间为60 min,此条件下冷凝水中COD_(Cr)去除率达到79.2%, COD_(Cr)的质量浓度下降到399.98 mg/L。经过蒸发浓缩-光芬顿氧化法处理后,出水可以直接进入生化处理系统。In view of the fact that waste alkaline water from refinery contains high concentrations of CODCr and alkalinity which is hard to be treated,evaporation concentration-photo Fenton oxidation process was adopted to concentrate inorganic alkali crystal and high boiling point organic matters under atmospheric pressure,so as to realize oil-water separation,decrease the difficulty of wastewater treatment,after that,photo Fenton oxidation method was used to evaporate and concentrate the low boiling point organic matters in condensate water produced during the process of concentration.Under the optimal process condition that:the concentration ratio during the process of evaporation and concentration was 10,the mass concentration of CODCr in condensate water decreased to 1923 mg/L,the light source of photo Fenton reaction was 185 nm UV-light,the value of n(H2O2)︰n(Fe^2+)was 6,the mass concentration of Fe2+was 1.68g/L,the initial pH value was 3.5,the reaction time was 60 min.Under the above condition,the removal rate of CODCr in condensate water reached 79.2%,the mass concentration of CODCr decreased to 399.98 mg/L.Through the treatment of evaporation concentration-photo Fenton oxidation,the effluent water could directly flow into biochemical treatment system.
