摘 要:TDI装置尾气吸收塔塔釜排水含有大量的氯化钠、碳酸钠和氢氧化钠等多种盐类化合物,夹带少量的多种有机物。为实现该废水的回用,采用中和以及NaClO氧化处理其中的多种有机物,试验考察了溶液pH值、氧化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度等因素对去除TOC的影响,在pH值为2,温度为40℃, NaClO投加量为16.7mL/L,氧化时间为1 h的最佳反应条件下,溶液中的TOC的质量浓度可降低至10 mg/L以内,有机物去除率达到96%。TDI装置尾气吸收塔塔釜排水经中和以及NaClO氧化处理后,出水水质达到电解盐装置的进水水质指标,实现了废水回用目的。The drainage of TDI device tail gas absorber contains large amount of sodium chloride,sodium carbonate,sodium hydroxide and some other salt compound,as well as a small quantity of multiple organic matters.In order to realize wastewater reuse,neutralization and sodium hypochlorite oxidation were adopted for its organic compounds removal.The effect of solution pH value,oxidant dosage,reaction time,reaction temperature and some other factors on TOC removal were investigated.Under the optimal condition that,the pH value was2,the temperature was40℃,the sodium chloride dosage was16.7mg/L,the oxidation time was1h,the mass concentration of TOC in the solution could be reduced to below10mg/L,the removal rate of organic matters reached96%.The quality of the drainge of TDI device tail gas absorber after neutralization and sodium hypochlorite oxidation treatment could reach the influent water quality index of the electrolytic salt device,and then,the purpose of wastewater reuse could be achieved.
