摘 要:悬浮床煤焦油加氢装置生产废水成分复杂,含酚类物质及多环芳烃和杂环芳烃类等难降解物质较多。采用预处理、生化处理和深度处理的组合工艺,对某悬浮床煤焦油加氢装置高浓度劣质废水进行处理, COD_(Cr)质量浓度由41 240 mg/L降至278 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度由21 080 mg/L降至19.4 mg/L,油去除率高于97%,挥发酚去除率达到99.78%,处理效果明显。处理后出水达到了排放至城市污水处理厂的指标要求。The components of industrial wastewater from MCT suspended bed coal tar hydrogenation unit is complex,which contains many phenolic substances,polyaromatic hydrocarbon,heterocyclic ring aromatic hydrocarbon,and some other hard-degraded substance.Using combined process of pretreatment,biochemical treatment and advanced treatment to treat wastewater with high concentration and poor quality from a coal tar hydrogenation device in a suspended bed,the mass concentrations of CODCr and ammonia nitrogen decreased from 41240,21080 mg/L to 278,19.4 mg/L respectively,the removal rate of oil was above 97%,and the removal rate of volatile phenol reached 99.78%,which showed significant treatment effect.The quality of the effluent water after the treatment reached the relevant requirement,which could be discharged to municipal sewage treatment plant.
