摘　　要：对某泡菜生产废水处理站存在的处理能力不足、不能达标排放等问题进行分析,提出将生物膜法的接触氧化工艺改为活性污泥法的A^2/O工艺,并增加三沉池的主体改造方案。经过4个多月的调试后运行稳定,排放水达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》中一级标准。以此改造为例,对类似企业的废水处理工艺选取及操作运行提出建议。The problems of a pickle wastewater treatment station such as:insufficient treatment capacity,inability to meet emission standard,and so on,were analyzed,the scheme that changing catalytic oxidation of biofilm process into A2/O of activated sludge process,and transforming main body of the triple sedimentation tank was pointed out.After more than 4 months of commissioning,the transformation operation was stable and the effluent water quality met the requirement of grade 1 in GB 8978-1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.Taking the transformation project as an example,some suggestions were given for similar enterprises in wastewater treatment process selection and operation.
