摘 要:采用4种螯合剂和2种无机酸对污泥中的重金属Cu、 Pb、 Zn进行去除研究。试验结果表明, EDTMP、ATMP、 DTPA、 DTPMP、 HNO3、 HCl 6种浸提剂对污泥中3种主要重金属均有较好的去除效果,在固液比(g/mL)为1∶50、浸提时间为6 h条件下,螯合剂EDTMP和DTPA处理效果较好;正交试验所得的复合螯合剂(配方为EDTMP25 mmol/L、 DTPA 5 mmol/L、 HNO30.316 2 mmol/L)的处理效果优于单一螯合剂和无机酸,主要去除污泥中不稳定态的重金属,可使处理后的污泥重金属浸出浓度低于GB 5085.3—2007《危险废物鉴别标准浸出毒性鉴别》中的限值。4 kinds of chelating agents and 2 kinds of inorganic acid were used to remove heavy metals:Cu,Pb and Zn from sludge.The results of the test showed that,extracting agents:EDTMP,ATMP,DTPA,DTPMP,HNO3 and HCl have good removal efficiency for three main heavy metals.Under the condition that,the solid-to-liquid ratio was 1:50,the extraction time was 6 h,the chelating agents EDTMP and DTPA have good treatment effect.The treatment performance of composite chelating agents(formula was:25 mmol/L of EDTMP,5 mmol/L of DTPA,0.316 2 mmol/L of HNO3)was superior to that of single chelating agents and inorganic acid.Using the above composite chelating agent to treat heavy metals-containing sludge,main heavy metals with unstable state were removed,so that the concentrations of heavy metals leaching from the sludge were lower than the limited value in GB 5085.3-2007 Identification Standards for Hazardous Wastes-Identification for Extraction Toxicity.
