摘 要:针对转子同轴连接的双电机主-从结构直接转矩控制(DTC)中出现的转矩脉振与主-从电机转矩差问题,提出一种优化的主-从模型转矩预测控制(MS-MPDTC)策略。该策略将模型预测控制引入双电机主-从控制系统中,设计预测电流的差值反馈环节来修正主-从预测转矩以减小稳态转矩差,并增加了随转速变化的反馈权重来抑制动态阶跃前后的转矩差值;同时为了补偿系统自身的延迟现象,在双电机单步预测的基础上进行二步预测,提高转矩的预测精度。仿真与实验结果表明,新的转矩预测控制策略有效抑制了双电机输出转矩脉振与主-从动、稳态转矩差,提升了系统的整体性能。Aiming at the torque rippling and torque difference in the direct torque control(DTC)for the master-slave structure of the rotor-coaxial dual motor,this paper provides an optimized master-slave model predictive direct torque control(MS-MPDTC)scheme for the dual motor.This scheme introduces the model predictive control into the master-slave control system and designs a feedback loop of the predicted current to fix the master-slave predicted torque for torque difference reduction in the steady state.It also adds a feedback weight varied with the rotating speed to suppress the change of torque change difference before and after the dynamic stepping.Meanwhile,to compensate the delay generated by the system itself,a two-step prediction is implemented based on the one-step prediction for the dual motor,which further improves the prediction precision.The simulation and experimental results show that,the new torque predictive control effectively suppresses the torque rippling and master-slave torque differences in both steady and dynamic states for the dual motor,which improves the system performance.
