摘  要:由于气隙磁场畸变以及逆变器非线性特性等因素,双三相永磁同步电机定子绕组中通常含有大量的谐波电流。谐波电流会增加系统损耗和引起转矩脉动,严重影响传动系统的性能。为了抑制定子绕组中的谐波电流,提出一种基于准比例谐振(QPR)级联PI的双三相永磁同步电机谐波电流抑制策略。该策略利用双dq坐标系矢量控制,分别在d1、d2、q1、q2轴采用四个QPR级联PI的电流控制器完成谐波电流抑制。谐波电流误差先在QPR控制器的作用下被显著放大,然后利用输入参考量为零的PI调节器将放大后的谐波电流误差进行调节,有效提高对谐波电流的抑制能力。在一台双三相永磁同步电机上对本文所提的谐波电流抑制策略进行了实验验证。Because of some factors such as air-gap magnetic field distortion and nonlinear characteristics of inverter,the stator winding of a dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)usually contains a large amount of harmonic current.The harmonic current will increase system losses and cause torque ripple,thereby seriously affecting the performance of the drive system.Therefore,this paper proposes a harmonics suppression strategy of dual three-phase PMSM based on the quasi proportional resonant(QPR)cascading PI.The proposed strategy utilizes the vector control of dual d-q coordinate system to suppress the harmonic current by attaching four QPR cascading PI current controllers to d1-axis,d2-axis,q1-axis and q2-axis,respectively.The error of harmonic current is significantly amplified by the QPR controller,and then the amplified error is adjusted by the PI controller with zero reference input,which improves the suppression of harmonic current effectively.The experimental results obtained from a dual three-phase PMSM show that the proposed strategy is feasible and effective.
