摘 要:双向LLC谐振变换器由于其运行范围宽、具有软开关特性等优点,在电动汽车、新能源发电及电力电子变压器等领域得到广泛的应用和研究。本文研究了一种新型双向LLC谐振变换器,该拓扑正向工作和反向工作时结构对称、并且能够实现能量双向流动,详细分析了该拓扑在变频控制和移相控制下的工作原理和软开关特性。为了解决变频控制下电压增益范围相对较窄的不足,提出了一种新的控制方法。该控制方法将变频控制和移相控制相结合,可以实现变换器的宽电压增益及全范围软开关,提高了变换器效率。最后通过PSIM仿真和实验验证了双向LLC谐振变换器的变频-移相控制方法的可行性和优越性。Due to the wide-range applications and soft switching characteristic,bidirectional LLC resonant converters are becoming popular in the fields of electric vehicles,solar power system,power electronic transformers.A better topology of bidirectional LLC resonant converter is first analyzed in this paper.The topology has symmetrical structure in forward mode and backward mode operations,which can realize bidirectional power flow.The operation principle and soft switching characteristic of the topology under pulse-frequency-modulation(PFM)control or phase-shift(PS)control are then analysed in detail,and a new control method combined PFM with PS is proposed.Compared with single PFM control,pulse frequency modulation-phase shift(PFM-PS)control realizes wide voltage gain and full-range soft switching,thereby improving converter efficiency.Finally,feasibility and superiority of PFM-PS control are verified by PSIM simulation and the prototype experiment.
