摘　　要：从生产实际的角度,分析了高硼硅玻璃在行列机生产试剂瓶时,产品出现各种质量问题的原因,针对问题及原因提出模具不同部位的材质、模具的设计改进和优化方案。From the point of view of production practice,it analyzes the causes of various quality problems in the production of reagent bottles with high borosilicate glass in the train machine.Aiming at the problems and causes,the materials of different parts of the mould,the design improvement and optimization scheme of the mould are put forward.
