存量优先理念的城市产业园区转型发展刍议

摘　　要：中国经济正从规模速度型粗放增长转向质量效益型集约增长,城市产业园区出现迫切的转型需求。针对城市产业园区发展瓶颈中的共性问题,基于中国国情与发展环境的独特性,提出新时期产业园区转型的核心目标、理想愿景、优先路径和根本保障,阐述了差异化存量用地更新具体规划策略。China’s economy is changing from extensive growth based on scale and speed to intensive growth based on quality and efficiency.It’s urgent for urban industrial parks to transform.Aiming at the common problems in the development bottleneck of urban industrial parks and based on China’s national conditions and the uniqueness of the development environment,this paper puts forward the core goals,ideal vision,priority path and fundamental guarantee of the transformation of industrial parks in the new era,and it expounds the specific planning strategies of differentiated stock land renewal.
