摘 要:目的:为提高便携式钨丝电热原子吸收光谱仪(W-coil ET-AAS)这种新型原子吸收光谱仪的分析性能并拓展其应用范围,创新性地开展新型分离富集技术与该仪器的联用研究,总结项目研究情况。方法:研究适用于该仪器的新型分离富集技术并优化实验条件,建立分析性能指标体系。结果:目前已成功建立了多种简单快速的分离富集技术与该仪器联用,分析性能良好。结论:通过分离富集技术的应用,便携式钨丝电热原子吸收光谱仪的分析性能得到了提升,获得了更好的检测灵敏度以及抗干扰能力。Objective: In order to improve the analytical performance and expand the application scope of the new instrument portable tungsten coil electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometer(W-coil ET-AAS), innovative research on the combination of the new separation and enrichment technique with the instrument was carried out, and the recent research progress was summarized.Methods: The new separation and enrichment technique suitable for the instrument was studied and the experimental conditions were optimized, and the analytical performance index system was established. Results: At present, a variety of simple and rapid separation and enrichment technique has been successfully established and combined with the instrument, and its analysis performance is good.Conclusion: Through the application of separation and enrichment technique, the analytical performance of W-coil ET-AAS has been improved, and better detection sensitivity and enhanced anti-interference ability have been obtained.
