摘　　要：以丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)等为单体,正十二烷基硫醇为分子量调节剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(OS-15)、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)为乳化剂,氨水为pH值调节剂,采用水溶液聚合法,合成了新型自动贴标机用塑料标签黏合剂.研究了乳化剂用量、单体组成比例、pH调节剂、反应温度等因素对产物性能的影响,确定了最佳实验条件.We use acrylic acid,methacrylate,vinyl acetate,butyl acrylate,etc.as the monomers,n-dodecyl thiol as the molecular weight regulator,ammonium persulfate as the initiator,fatty alcohol polyoxyvinyl ether,nonylphenol polyoxyvinyl ether as the emulsifier and ammonia water as the pH regulator.An aqueous solution polymerization method is used to synthesize a new type of plastic label adhesive for automatic labelling machines.The effect of emulsifying agent,monomer composition ratio,pH regulator and reaction temperature on the performance of product are studied.The best experimental condition is determined.
