摘 要:蒙华铁路洛河大桥是我国首座重载铁路最大单跨上承式钢管混凝土拱桥,面临钢管拱肋安装吨位超大、提篮拱弧度钢梁对接精准高、水源地环保要求特别严、作业场地狭窄、施工组织困难等诸多施工技术难题,大桥已于2017年5月初顺利合龙.经过多次方案论证,最终采用缆索吊装系统配合斜拉扣挂施工方案.以洛河钢管砼拱桥拱肋吊装施工为工程背景,详细阐述了所采用的七节段吊装方案的实施,施工工艺流程和保证吊装施工精度的施工控制要点,为同类工程提供有益借鉴.The Luohe bridge of Menghua railway is the largest single span steel pipe concrete arch bridge of the first heavy-duty railway in China.It faces the large-scale tonnages of steel pipe arch ribs,high precise butt-jointing of basket arch steel beams,strict environmental protection requirements in water sources,and narrow work sites.Due to difficulties in construction and other construction technologies,the bridge was successfully closed in early May 2017.After several program demonstrations,the cable hoisting system was finally used in conjunction with the cable-stayed buckle construction scheme.This article took the Luohe steel pipe truss bridge arch rib hoisting construction as the engineering background,elaborated on the implementation of the seven-section hoisting scheme adopted,ensured the construction process flow and construction control points of the hoisting construction accuracy,and provided a useful reference for similar projects.
