摘　　要：针对现有数字高压表测量与分析功能较弱,在已有高压检测嵌入式硬件系统的基础上研制配套的测量与分析软件。软件基于CORTEX-M4内核的STM32F4芯片硬件平台,用户界面采用STemWin图形库设计,完成数据采集、传输、分析与处理、界面显示等任务,实现高电压、电流的测量、显示和结果统计与分析。For the problem that the weak measurement and analysis function of the existing digital high-voltage meter,the measurement and analysis software is developed on the basis of the existing embedded high-voltage detection hardware system.The software is based on the hardware platform of STM32F4 chip with CORTEX-M4 kernel.The user interface is designed with STemWin graphics library.It completes the tasks of data acquisition,transmission,analysis and processing,interface display and so on.It realizes the measurement,display and result statistics and analysis of high voltage and current.
