苏中地区科技金融发展探析——以苏中城市泰州为例

摘　　要：在国家和江苏省政府支持下,泰州市在2016年成为苏中区域第一家金改试验区。这使得该市要在中小科技型企业、高新技术企业在企业转型升级的融资方式创新上加快进度。为此,文章在对其科技进步环境和科技金融发展现状进行分析的基础上,通过对比苏南地区苏州和无锡的科技金融发展经验,提出加快制定系统化的科技金融结合政策;尽快组建地方国资性质产业和金控集团;构建科技金融服务实体平台和提升政府引导基金合作力度四个具体政策建议。With the support of China government and Jiangsu provincial government,Taizhou city became the first financial reform pilot zone in the central section area of Jiangsu province in2016.This makes the Small-and Medium-size Tech-based Enterprises,and High-tech enterprises have to speed up the pace of transformation and upgrading in their financing mode.Therefore,based on the analysis of the environment of scientific and technological progress and the status quo of science technology and finance development.Comparing the development experience of Suzhou and Wuxi in southern Jiangsu province,this paper puts forward four specific policy recommendations,including accelerating the formulation of a systematic policy combining scientific and technological finance;establishing local state-owned industries and financial holding groups as soon as possible;building an entity platform for science technology and finance services;increasing the field of the cooperation about government-guided funds.
