摘 要:燃油消耗量是评价发动机经济性的重要指标,碳平衡法作为一种间接测量方法普遍应用于整车油耗的计算.考虑到柴油发动机碳烟中颗粒碳对油耗量计算的影响,基于碳平衡法的基础理论,提出了适用于柴油发动机台架试验的碳平衡法燃油消耗量计算模型,并通过试验进行模型验证.试验结果表明,除怠速工况外,所提模型的计算结果与油耗仪实测值间的误差均小于3%,说明了所提方法的有效性和可靠性,为精确测量柴油机燃油消耗量提供一种重要的途径.Fuel consumption is an essential index for evaluating engine fuel economy.Carbon balance method has been widely applied on calculation of fuel consumption for vehicles as a kind of indirect measurement method.Considering the influence of carbon particulates from soot emissions on the calculation of fuel consumption for diesel engine,a creative computation model of fuel consumption through carbon balance method was proposed.Moreover,this approach was verified to be suitable for diesel engine by comparison with bench tests.The experimental results reveal that the error between the values from proposed model and the values measuring from the fuel consumption meter are all less than3%except of the idle condition.The research provides a promising way for precisely measuring on fuel consumption for diesel engines.
