摘 要:本文建立了气相色谱法测定佛手瓜中10种有机磷农药残留量的分析方法。样品经过乙腈提取,氮吹后用丙酮定容,用气相色谱FPD检测。结果表明,10种有机磷农药的检出限为0.008~0.019 mg/kg,出峰时间为0.890~11.539 min,在0.08 mg/kg添加水平的回收率为66.25%~102.50%。气相色谱法提取完全,样品净化效果较好,10种农药定量准确,检测结果符合需求。A method for the determination of 10 organophosphorus pesticide residues in chayote was established by using gas chromatography.Samples were extracted by acetonitrile,diluted with acetone after blowing nitrogen,then detected by gas chromatography FPD.The results showed that the detection limits of 10 organophosphorus pesticides were 0.008-0.019 mg/kg,the peak time was 0.890-11.539 min,and the recovery rates were between 66.25%and 102.50%at the 0.08 mg/kg level.The sample extracted completely by using gas chromatography,the purification effect was better,the quantitative analysis of 10 pesticides was accurate,and the detection results met the requirements.
