摘  要:基于内分流静压—机械无级变速系统(HMT),采用小功率电机作为动力补充源,设计了一种用于轿车的油液电混合变速传动系统(HMET)。在分析行车过程中系统工作模式的基础上,进行动力系统的匹配与参数计算。在MATLAB/Simulink中建立整车仿真模型,并对仿真结果进行分析并验证了参数设计的合理性。所设计的油电液混合变速传动系统具有静压传动的可调速性和机械传动效率高的优点,且能利用电驱动液压系统(ET)实现汽车起步与行车中补充能量。Based on the hydro-mechanical transmission(HMT),using small power motor as the power source,a hydro-mechanical and electric transmission system(HMET)is designed for passenger cars.Based on analyzing the working modes of the system in the process of driving,the matching and parameter calculation of the power system for the parameters of a certain type of vehicle model are carried out.The whole vehicle simulation model is set up in MATLAB/Simulink,and the simulation results are analyzed and the rationality of the parameter design is verified.The system not only makes full use of the advantages of hydraulic transmission speed and high mechanical transmission efficiency,but also makes use of electricity to complement the energy and drive the car starting.And the electric drive hydraulic system(ET)can be used to supplement energy in car starting and driving.
