摘　　要：设计了一种以汽车电动转向器为被检测对象的功能试验台,可以进行相关实验来确定转向器的性能,包括高低温极端环境下的测试。文中详细介绍了试验台的功能技术要求以及设计过程,完成了转向器试验台的整体布局和细节机械结构设计,并应用于实践。The aim of this paper is to design a function tester for electric power steering gear,which could determine performance through relevant experiments using this function tester,including high and low temperature environment tests.The functional technical index and design processes of the tester are introduced in details in this thesis.Finally the whole layout and mechanical structure design of function tester for electric power steering gear has been completed and applied into practice.
