摘 要:在充分考虑影响绿色建筑能效的主要因素基础上,以建筑的能效水平评价为目标层,以建筑物功能与舒适度指标、建筑设计与维护结构性能指标、可再生能源利用指标、设备能效与优化控制指标作为准则层构建了基于绿色建筑的能效测评指标体系,并通过上下限值、适度值与权重的确定和指标无量纲化处理,完成了能效测评。Based on the main factors affecting the energy efficiency of green buildings,a system of energy efficiency evaluation indicators based on green buildings is established,with the evaluation of energy efficiency of buildings as the target layer,building function and comfort indicators,building design and maintenance structural performance indicators,renewable energy utilization indicators,equipment energy efficiency and optimal control indicators as the standard layer.The energy efficiency evaluation was completed through the determination of upper and lower limit values,moderate values and weights and the dimensionless treatment of indicators.
