摘  要:本文提出一种系统化改善10kV线路无功电压质量方法,通过后台系统监控软件与快拆快装无功补偿设备协调配合,系统实时监控,统筹分析管理,补偿设备自适应调整控制策略或快速改变补偿位置,"软硬结合"方法补偿无功,实现10kV线路电压无功最优补偿目标。通过西双版纳供电局配电网所辖10kV勐腊线工程实例应用证明该方法在提高线路功率因数、节能降损、改善电能质量方面具有可行性及高效性。In this paper,a kind of systematic method to improve the reactive voltage quality of 10kV lines is proposed so to achieve the most optimal voltage reactive compensation objective of 10kV line through the coordination of the monitoring software of the back ground system and the quick release reactive power compensation equipment,real time monitoring of the system,overall analysis and management and the“soft hard combination”of either adaptive adjustment and control strategy of the compensation equipment or quick changing compensation position.The feasibility and high efficiency of the method is proved in such aspects as the improvement of line power factor,energy conservation and loss reduction and the improve-ment of power quality through the real project of10kV Mengla line in Xishuangbanna Power Supply Bureau.
