摘 要:主动配电网集成了丰富的可控资源,对系统电压与无功潮流进行优化管控,能够改善配电网对DG兼容性、提升网络的优化运行水平。本文提出了一种多主动管理手段相协调的主动配电网无功电压优化方法。采用一种日整体优化—时段优化调整的两阶段无功电压优化策略:先以网损与电压偏差综合满意度最优为目标,优化有载分接开关、电容器组、联络与分段开关等调节时间尺度较长元件的运行方案;再以电压波动性指标最小为目标,实施DG与储能的无功优化调度。应用改进和声搜索算法来求解优化模型。最后,通过算例分析,验证了所提无功电压优化方法的合理性与优越性。Active distribution grid integrates abundant controllable resources,performs optimization and control of system voltage and reactive power flow and can improve compatibility of distribution grid to DG and enhance optimization operation level of the network.In this paper,a reactive power voltage optimiza-tion method of active distribution network considering the coordination of multiple active management means is proposed.A two-stage reactive power voltage optimization strategy based on daily global optimiza-tion and period optimal adjustment is adopted.Firstly,the most optimal overall satisfaction of network loss and voltage deviation is taken as target to optimize the operation scheme of such long time regulating ele-ments as load tap changer,capacitor bank,contact switch and section switch etc.Then,with the aim of minimizing the voltage fluctuation index,reactive power dispatching of DG and energy storage system is carried out.Improved harmony search algorithm is used to solve the optimal model.Finally,the rationality and superiority of the proposed reactive power and voltage optimization method are verified by a case study.
