摘  要:三嗪类除草剂是农作物种植过程中常用除草剂之一,但三嗪类除草剂稳定的化学结构导致其在植物的根茎叶、土壤和水体中积累并长期存留,从而影响农产品的食用安全,对该类除草剂在农产品中的残留量检控十分必要。以烟叶基质为对象,以莠去津作为模板建立了具有高选择性的分子印迹固相萃取(MISPE)前处理方法,并结合高效液相色谱(HPLC)对三嗪类除草剂进行检测。建立的这一方法能够选择性分离、富集和检测出烟叶中所含有的六种三嗪类农残(莠去津、西玛通、氰草津、莠去通、扑灭通和特丁津)。Triazine herbicides are the commonly used herbicides in crops planting.But the stable chemical structure of triazine herbicides leads to their accumulation and long-term retention in the roots,leaves,soil and water,which may cause food poisoning.So,it is extremely essential to screen and detect residues of such herbicides in agricultural products.In this paper,a highly selective molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction(MISPE)pretreatment method using atrazine as template was developed for tobacco matrix.The amount of triazine herbicides was detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The established MISPE method can be applied to selectively separating,enriching and detecting six kinds of triazine herbicides(atrazine,simeton,cyanazine,gesatamine,prometon and terbutylazine)in tobacco.
