摘  要:实时准确测量轮轨横向位移对改善车辆的舒适性和提高行车安全性具有重要意义。本文介绍了一种非接触式间接测量系统,该系统采用机器视觉技术并辅助以轮廓光,运用Blob算法测量运行中的车轮相对于钢轨的横向位移。通过分析该系统静态测试结果,对该系统进行了改进,优化了系统资源,提升了计算速度,并使测试结果更加精确稳定。最后对改进后的系统测试结果进行了分析,并给出了测试建议。Real-time and accurate measurement of the lateral displacement between wheel and rail is of great significance for improving vehicle comfort and traffic safety.This paper introduced an indirect non-contact measurement system.The system uses machine vision technique and rimming light,and it is achieved by Blob algorithm in order to measure the lateral displacement between wheel and rail when the train is moving.By analyzing the static test results of the measurement system,the system was improved,the resources of system was optimized,meanwhile,the speed of calculation was increased,and the test results can be more accurate and stable.Finally,the test results of improved system were analyzed and some suggestions were given.
