岩体裂隙产状对速凝类浆液扩散规律影响研究

摘　　要：通过选取地下工程灾害处理中常用的水泥-水玻璃双液浆(C-S浆液)为速凝浆液注浆材料,将其当作一种具有黏度时变性的宾汉流体。基于流体力学理论,建立了综合考虑浆液自重及其黏度时空变化的倾斜裂隙注浆扩散模型,继而推导了注浆扩散过程中浆液黏度和压力时空分布方程。在此基础上,借助室内试验和三维有限元程序,对理论模型的有效性和合理性进行验证。最后,基于构建的注浆扩散模型,系统分析了岩体裂隙产状对浆液扩散规律的影响。研究表明,岩体裂隙倾角和浆液扩散方位角均会对浆液扩散特征产生显著影响,在实际注浆过程中应给予足够重视。The cement-silicate double slurry(C-S slurry),commonly used in underground engineering geological hazard treatment,is chosen as quick-setting grouting material.It can be taken as Bingham liquid with the time-dependent behavior of viscosity.Based on theory of fluid mechanics,a theoretical diffusion model of grouting in the dip crack at constant grouting rate was established by considering the uneven spatial distribution of viscosity and gravity of slurry.Then,the space-time distribution equation of viscosity and pressure in the diffusion region of slurry was derived.Afterwards,the theoretical model is verified by laboratory tests and finite element analysis.Finally,the impacts of crack occurrence on the distribution characteristics of slurry is carried out based on the established grouting diffusion model.The results show that both the dip angles of the crack and azimuth angles of slurry diffusion have significant effects on the distribution characteristics of slurry.More attention should be paid to the actual grouting process.
