纸杯原纸边渗性能的影响因素研究

摘　　要：采用正交实验,探讨了松香胶用量、纸张紧度、喷淋淀粉用量对纸杯原纸边渗性能的影响,得出松香胶用量是影响纸杯原纸边渗性能的最主要因素,而纸张紧度及喷淋淀粉用量影响较小,因此在提高纸杯原纸边渗性能时,优先考虑提高松香胶用量。The effects of rosin size dosage,paper tightness and spray starch dosage on the edge permeability of carton base paper were studied by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the amount of rosin size was the most important influencing factor,while the paper tightness and spray starch content had little effect.Therefore,in order to improve the edge permeability of carton base paper,priority should be given to increasing the dosage of rosin size.
