摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师干预对维持性血液透析患者用药依从性及血红蛋白达标率的影响。方法对我院门诊40例维持性血液透析患者为期半年的药学监护,采用自身对照的方法,比较该40例患者临床药师干预前后依从性及血红蛋白达标率的情况,以及不良反应的发生情况。结果临床药师干预后,患者的依从性与干预前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者的血红蛋白的达标率明显高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论临床药师对维持性血液透析患者用药具有较好的指导作用,可明显提高患者用药依从性和血红蛋白的达标率,有利于维持患者血红蛋白控制在一个合理的水平。Objective To explore the effect of clinical pharmacists intervention on medication compliance and goal-achieving rates of hemoglobin in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 40 patients with maintenance hemodialysis for half a year in the outpatient department of our hospital were under pharmaceutical care for half a year.The self-control method was used to compare the compliance and the hemoglobin compliance rate before and after intervention,as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results After the intervention of clinical pharmacists,the patient's compliance and the patient's hemoglobin compliance rate were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pharmacistsintervention provides valuable guidance for the the medication of maintenance hemodialysis patients,which can significantly improve the patient's medication compliance and the standard rate of hemoglobin.It is good for control the hemoglobin within reasonable range.
