摘 要:贵州省某矿山矿体属典型的软破岩体,其巷道支护的稳定性一直是困扰矿山安全生产的难题。通过现场调查巷道围岩的破坏形式,分析其破坏机理及矿山现有支护形式存在的问题,提出针对软破围岩支护的锚喷网+筑墙护壁+钢筋条带的新型联合支护形式,并通过现场试验验证支护效果。现场应用取得了明显的效果,不仅解决了地下矿软破围岩巷道支护的问题,大大降低了支护成本,提高了生产安全性,也为类似工程岩体支护提供了参考。A mine body in Guizhou Province is a typical soft and broken rock mass,so the stability of the roadway support has been challenging safe production of the mine.The paper investigated the failure forms of roadway surrounding rocks,and analyzed its failure mechanism and the problems in existing roadway support means,proposed a new type of support for soft and broken surrounding rocks combining bolt-shotcrete-mesh,rock protection by constructing walls and steel bar strip,and the support effect is verified by the field test.The field application has achieved remarkable results,which not only solves the problem of supporting the soft and broken surrounding rocks in underground mines,greatly reduces the support cost and improves production safety,but also provides an important theoretical basis for rock mass support in similar projects.
