摘 要:矽肺是危害最严重的一种职业病,也是发病率和致残率极高的一种职业病。目前已引起了各界人士的广泛关注。然而因其发病机制极其复杂,无法用单一机制来阐明,迄今为止仍缺乏有效的药物控制其发展。近年来研究发现氧化应激反应及细胞因子的参与在该病的发生发展中起到了十分重要的作用。而众多中药及其提取物在干预这些机制方面取得了较多的进展。本文就近年来的研究进展做一综述,为临床推广运用提供依据。Silicosis is one of the most serious occupational diseases,and it is also an occupational disease with high incidence and disability rate.Now it has attracted wide attention from people from all walks of life.However,because its pathogenesis is extremely complex,it is impossible to be elucidated with a single mechanism,and so far there is still no effective medicine to control its development.Recent studies have shown that oxidative stress and the participation of various cytokines play an important role in the development of the disease.Traditional Chinese medicine and its extract have made some progress in the treatment of silicosis.This paper reviewed the recent advances in research and provided a basis for the clinical treatment of silicosis.
