摘  要:为解决天然气发动机因改善排放而牺牲动力的问题,对天然气发动机采用当量燃烧+高比例废气再循环(EGR)燃烧模式和采用稀薄燃烧+低比例EGR燃烧模式进行模拟研究,并与采用稀薄燃烧模式且满足国Ⅴ排放法规的天然气发动机的试验数据进行对比。结果表明,在模拟工况点,为获得更好的发动机动力和排放性能,采用稀薄燃烧+低比例EGR燃烧模式需要较大的燃空比,且匹配稀薄燃烧的EGR率范围狭窄;采用当量燃烧+高比例EGR燃烧模式,EGR率的优选范围较大,且NO_x和CH_4排放变化均缓慢。In order to solve the problem of natural gas engine sacrificing power for improving emissions,natural gas engine models which use equivalent combustion combined with high EGR rate and lean combustion combined with low EGR rate were simulated respectively,and were compared with the experimental data of the lean combustion mode engine that satisfies the China V emissions regulation.The results show that the combustion mode of lean combustion combined with a low EGR rate needs bigger fuel/air ratio to obtain better engine power and emissions performance at the simulated operating conditions,but the range of EGR rates that matches the lean combustion is narrow;when using equivalent combustion,the range of EGR rates is larger,the emissions of NOx and GH4 change slowly.
