摘 要:针对发动机用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)曲轴后油封气密性不佳的问题,分析了产生气体泄漏的原因,制定了曲轴后油封本体的气密性测试要求,提出了通过采用研磨及涂脂密封唇片来改善后油封气密性的方案。通过各种试验,分析了唇片研磨的最佳转速和最佳时间及最优的研磨转速与时间组合,并分析了研磨和涂脂前后的气体泄漏值。根据分析结果改进了油封生产工艺,从而提高了主机厂发动机整机气密性测试的一次性通过率。Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)crankshaft rear oil seal has limited capability in gas leak testing.The root cause of gas leak was analyzed and the specification of gas leak testing for the PTFE rear oil seal was established.Lapping and grease application on the seal lip of the oil seal were proposed to improve its gas sealing.Various tests were made to investigate the best trade-off between the speed and time of seal lip lapping,and the gas leak before and after lapping and grease application.The production process of the PTFE rear oil seal was improved based on the investigation and the first-time-passing quality in engine gas leak testing has been promoted.
