摘　　要：研制一种包含两个储卡箱的AFC行业卡片分发自动化装置。设计储卡箱内整叠卡片自动抬升机构,能够自动适应卡片状态的分卡装置,以及能够实时监测卡片位置的输送通道。各运动部件在主控单元的控制下高效协调动作,实现将储卡箱内的堆叠的卡片逐一送到出口。该设备已经成功应用在国内多条轨道交通线的自动售票机上。A kind of card distribution automation device containing two card storage boxes was developed in AFC industry.Automatic lifting mechanism of stacked card in the storage box,and card dispense device that adapts automatically to the card state,and the transport channel that can monitor the position of a card in real time was designed.All the moving parts are efficiently coordinated under the control of the main control unit,to sent the stacking cards in the storage box to the exit one by one.The device has been successfully applied to the ticket vending machine on several domestic rail transit lines.
