摘　　要：目的观察四联疗法结合心理干预对幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)伴焦虑患者疗效及生活质量的影响。方法 HP阳性CSG伴焦虑的146名患者随机分为心理干预组(73例)和对照组(73例),分别予四联疗法结合心理干预和四联疗法结合常规处理,比较两组的疗效和生活质量。结果治疗后,心理干预组患者的消化不良症状消失率、健康状况调查量表(SF-36)的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四联疗法结合心理干预可能缓解HP阳性CSG伴焦虑患者的焦虑水平,缓解上腹不适等临床症状,提高患者的生理、心理健康水平。Objective To observe the effect of quadri-combination therapy combined with psychological intervention on the curative efficacy and life quality of patients with helicobacter pylori(HP)chronic superficial gastritis(CSG)complicated with anxiety.Methods 146 patients with Helicobacter pylori(HP)-positive chronic superficial gastritis(CSG)complicated with anxiety were randomly divided into Psychological Intervention Group(73 patients)and Control Group(73 patients),respectively,which was given quadri-combination therapy combined with psychological intervention and quadri-combination therapy combined with conventional treatment,respectively.The curative efficacy and life quality of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Psychological Intervention Group had the elimination rate of dyspepsia and 36-Item Short Form Survey(SF-36)score significantly higher than the Control Group(P<0.05),and had the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score lower than the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion quadri-combination therapy combined with psychological intervention may alleviate the anxiety level of the patients with HP-positive CSG complicated with anxiety,relieve clinical symptoms such as upper abdominal discomfort,and improve the physiological and mental health of patients.
