摘 要:针对军队战备物资储备收发数量大,质量要求高,轮换周期短,依靠军队自身进行物资储备建设,成本高,效益低,本文基于信息非对称条件下博弈论,利用委托-代理模型对军队和地方在合作中的博弈,分析激励系数对提高地方努力程度的重要性,促进战备物资军民融合储备发展,降低储备成本,提高储备效益,对指导新形势下军民融合式发展提供了一定的理论指导。Large quantity of sending and receiving,high quality requirement and short rotation period are the significant features of the military repertory of combat readiness,so relying on the army itself for the construction of material reserves have some shortness,for example,the cost is high,and the benefit is low.Based on the condition of asymmetric information game theory,we can use the principal-agent model to study the game in cooperation in the military and enterprise,which has certain significance to guide the integration of the military and the people under the new situation,such as,analyzing the importance of the incentive coefficient to the improvement of local enterprise effort,promoting the development of military and civilian integration reserve of war readiness materials and reducing the cost of reserve and improving the efficiency of reserve.
