摘  要:为了比较不同铝粉含量的含铝炸药对全预制破片的加速能力,利用特殊设计的标准试验弹进行地面静爆试验,通过高速摄影测试了全预制破片的速度,并对试验结果进行了比较和分析;结果表明:在等口径薄壁铝合金壳体装药条件下,4种炸药配方中铝粉含量为20%时全预制破片获得的初速最高,对破片的加速能力最强;与不含铝粉的PBX高爆速炸药相比,铝粉含量为20%时的破片速度和破片穿甲率均有明显提高,说明适量的添加铝粉可提高炸药对全预制破片的加速能力。In order to compare the ability to accelerate preformed fragment of aluminized explosives,the standard test warheads for special design were used for ground explosive experiment,and the fragment velocity was tested by high speed photographed,and the experiment results were compared and analyzed.The result shows that the explosive containing20%Al has higher preformed fragment velocity than other four aluminized explosives and PBX explosive when the thickness of aluminum metal alloy cases is small and the caliber of cases is same.The acceleration ability to preformed fragment is raised when aluminum powder just the right amount is added to explosive.
