摘　　要：目的:深入了解大学生HIV感染者相关心理痛苦的真实体验及相关因素,为制定针对性护理措施提供依据。方法:采用心理痛苦温度计(DT)和半结构式访谈对18例大学生HIV感染者进行深入研究,运用SPSS21. 0软件、现象学分析方法分析资料。结果:在18例大学生HIV感染者中,显著心理痛苦的发生率为83. 33%;引起大学生HIV感染者心理痛苦的主要原因是:担心疾病的预后、自责、感知歧视、恋爱及婚姻受限。结论:大学生HIV感染者存在较严重的心理痛苦问题;医护人员应该重视大学生HIV感染者的心理健康问题,进行有效的心理干预,减轻患者的心理痛苦,提高患者的生活质量。Objective:In-depth understanding of the actual experience of psychological pain associated with HIV-infected college students and related factors,in order to provide a basis for targeted care measures.Methods:The psychological Pain Thermometer(DT)and the semi-structured interview were used to study 18 college students with HIV infection and analyze the data by using SPSS21.0 software and phenomenological analysis.Results:In 18 cases of HIV infection among college students,the incidence of significant psychological distress was 83.3%.The main causes of psychological distress of college students with HIV are:fear of illness,self-reproach,perceived discrimination,love and marriage constraints.Conclusion:There are serious psychological pain problems in college students with HIV infection;medical staff should pay attention to the mental health of college students with HIV infection,carry out effective psychological intervention,alleviate the psychological pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
