摘 要:面对快速增长的健康体检市场,地市级专科公立医院应该有所作为,抓住机遇,开拓体检业务,优化收入结构,增强竞争力。笔者运用SWOT分析法,探索专科公立医院开拓健康体检市场的发展战略。分析发现专科公立医院在开拓体检市场时,可以采取增长型(SO)战略,发挥医疗资源优质、人才储备丰富和社会公信力较强等优势,利用政策导向利好、市场需求巨大、两个效益占优的机会,充分满足体检市场需求。Faced with the fast-growing health check-up market,prefecture-level specialist public hospitals should make a difference,seize opportunities,develop medical check-ups,optimize income structure,and enhance competitiveness.The author uses the SWOT analysis method to explore the development strategy of the public health hospital to develop a health checkup market.The analysis found that specialist public hospitals can adopt the growth(SO)strategy when they develop the medical examination market,and take advantage of the advantages of high quality medical resources,abundant talent reserves and strong social credibility.The use of policy guidance is good,market demand is huge,and two benefits are dominant.The opportunity fully meets the needs of the medical examination market.
