摘　　要：目的探讨经皮肾镜超声联合气压弹道术治疗肾结石合并糖尿病的手术配合方法与效果。方法回顾性分析63例于2017年1月—2018年1月在该院行经皮肾镜超声联合气压弹道术的肾结石合并糖尿病患者的临床资料,分析其手术配合方法,并评价其效果。结果患者一期碎石清除率为85.71%,二期碎石清除率为100.00%,术中及术后均未出现严重并发症,术后随访患者均恢复良好,肾功能恢复正常。结论经皮肾镜超声联合气压弹道术治疗肾结石合并糖尿病的临床疗效较好,术中良好的手术配合可促进手术的顺利完成,提高结石清除率,避免发生严重并发症,值得在临床当中推广应用。Objective To investigate the surgical cooperation and effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with pneumatic trajectory in the treatment of renal calculi complicated with diabetes.Methods A retrospective analysis of 63 patients with renal calculi combined with pneumatic trajectory in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 was performed.The clinical data were analyzed and the results were evaluated.Results The first-stage gravel clearance rate was 85.71%,and the second-stage gravel clearance rate was 100.00%.There were no serious complications during and after operation.The patients were followed up and the renal function returned to normal.Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with pneumatic ballistic surgery is effective in the treatment of renal calculus with diabetes.Good surgical cooperation can promote the successful completion of surgery,improve the stone clearance rate,avoid serious complications,and it is worthy of clinical practice,which is worthy of promotion and application.
