摘　　要：介绍了四甲基氢氧化铵的各种生产方法并对比了其优缺点。以实际工程设计为例,从工艺流程、原材料消耗、设备布置及选材方面阐述了离子膜电解法在电子级四甲基氢氧化铵回收中的应用,并提出了工艺设计时的注意事项。This paper introduces various production processes of tetramethylammonium hydroxide and compares their advantages and disadvantages.Taking actual engineering design as an instance,it elaborates the application of ion membrane electrolysis process in electronic-grade tetramethylammonium hydroxide recovery from the aspect of process flow,raw material consumption,equipment layout and material selection and proposes the points to which attention should be paid in process design.
