聚丙烯装置丙烯净化工序设备布置及配管设计

摘　　要：丙烯净化工序采用多台立式固定床吸附器和反应器脱除原料丙烯中的杂质,是聚丙烯装置中一个重要的工艺单元。以某UNIPOL工艺聚丙烯项目为例,介绍了丙烯净化工艺流程,阐述了两种典型设备布置方案,总结了立式固定床设备成组布置的原则和要求;根据管线介质特性和工艺操作要求,总结了并联设备高、低温压交变工况管道的配管设计要点。As a key process unit in PP plant,propylene purification section adopts several fixed bed absorber and reactor to remove the impurities in the feedstock propylene.Taking an UNIPOL Process PP Project as an instance,this paper introduces the PP purification process flow,elaborates two typical equipment layout schemes and summarizes the principle and requirements for group layout of vertical fixed beds.Based on the property of the pipeline stream and process operation,it also summarizes the key points of piping design for equipment in parallel with alternating high and low temperature and pressure.
