摘　　要：针对二氧化碳汽提尿素Stamicarbon解吸水解回流冷凝器循环冷却水运行中存在的换热管结垢、系统氨耗上升、回流泵机械密封运行周期短等问题,采取了对回流冷凝器酸洗的措施,并提出了对原设计的回流冷凝器的循环水管路进行改造的方案,改造结果表明,回流冷凝器的运行周期、装置氨耗、设备运行周期都有明显改善。This paper briefly introduces the problems existing in cooling water circulation of the desorbing hydrolysisreflux condenser in the CO2stripping section,such as the heat exchanger scaling,rising ammonia consumption of the system and short operation period of the mechanic sealing of the reflux pump.After taking the measure of acid wash forreflux condenser and renovating the original design of the circulation pipeline of the reflux condenser,results showed that there was obvious improvement on the operation period of the reflux condenser,ammonia consumption of the plant and the operation period of the equipment.
