摘  要:目的探讨胰激肽原酶联合木丹颗粒与甲钻胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法选择2015年3月—2017年12月在该院就诊并接受治疗的98例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,分为治疗组(34例)和对照Ⅰ组(32例)和对照Ⅱ组(32例),治疗组使用胰激肽原酶加木丹颗粒加甲钻胺治疗,对照Ⅰ组使用木丹颗粒加甲钻胺治疗,对照Ⅱ组使用胰激肽原酶加甲钻胺治疗,所有患者均连续治疗4周。观察3组患者治疗前和治疗后的临床疗效、多伦多临床评分系统评分、周围神经传导速度改变的差异并进行比较。结果治疗组有效率高于对照Ⅰ组及对照Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组患者治疗后的多伦多临床评分系统评分均低于治疗前,治疗组降低幅度高于对照Ⅰ组及对照Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组患者治疗后的神经传导速度均高于治疗前,治疗组改善幅度高于对照Ⅰ组及对照Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者均无因为不良反应情况而需要调整者,所有患者均无严重不良反应。结论糖尿病周围神经病变患者使用胰激肽原酶加木丹颗粒加甲钻胺治疗,疗效较好,不良反应较轻,值得临床应用推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of kallidinogenase,mudan granule and meeobalamin in treatment of diabetic neuropathy.Methods 98 cases of patients with diabetic neuropathy admitted and treated in our department from March 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into three groups,including the treatment group with34cases,the controlⅠgroup with 32 cases and the control Ⅱgroup with 32 cases,and the treatment group were treated with kallidinogenase and mudan granule,while the control Ⅱgroup were treated with kallidinogenase and methamines,and all patients were treated for consecutive four weeks,and the clinical curative effect,Toronto clinical marking system score,peripheral nerve conduction velocity were compared before and after treatment.Results The effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the controlⅠgroup and in the controlⅡgroup,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the Toronto clinical marking system scores were lower than those before treatment,and the decreasing range in the treatment group was higher than that in the controlⅠgroup and in the control Ⅱgroup,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),after treatment,ten nerve conduction rate of the three groups was higher than that before treatment,and the improvement range in the treatment group was higher than that in the controlⅠgroup and in the controlⅡgroup,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and no patients needed the adjustment due to the adverse reactions,and all patients had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion The curative effect of kallidinogenase,mudan granule and meeobalamin in treatment of diabetic neuropathy is good with mild adverse reactions,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
