院系两级教学管理体系初探

摘　　要：院系两级教学管理体系是一种适度分权、重心下移的管理模式,要求建立院系两级岗位设置的组织体系,树立权责利相吻合的责任体系,完善相关制度体系,设置吻合院系两级模式的考核指标体系,构建科学的两级教学管理体系。The teaching management system of two levels of colleges and departments is a kind of management mode with moderate decentralization and the shift of center of gravity,which requires the establishment of the organizational system for the establishment of positions at the two levels of colleges and departments.The aim is the establishment of a responsibility system consistent with the rights,responsibilities and interests,and the improvement of the relevant system by setting up the examination index system of the two-level model,and constructing the scientific two-level teaching management system.
