摘　　要：教学秘书是高校基层管理人员,要想提高管理的成果,需要做好教学管理中的角色定位,并且提高综合管理素质,只有这样才可以进一步地突显教学秘书的管理价值。论文主要对高校教学秘书在基层教学管理中的角色定位及素质要求进行分析和探讨,仅供参考。The teaching secretary is the basic management personnel of colleges and universities.In order to improve the management results,it is necessary to do well the role positioning of the teaching management and improve the quality of comprehensive management.Only in this way can the management value of the teaching secretary be further highlighted.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the role orientation and quality requirements of college teaching secretaries in grassroots teaching management,for reference.
